My exhibition has ended and I have been overwhelmed by the support and encouragement. Thank you to the “Echigo-Teien-Cultural-Festival” for allowing me to participate and to everyone at the Sakyukan where the exhibition was held. I am also very grateful to all who helped print, frame and prepare my photographs. Furthermore, I was speechless when flowers and gifts arrived, and didn’t imagine such a flow of supportive visitors. Everything was so unexpected, but I am most grateful. The older I get I understand that we not only need to support and encourage the children of the world, but everyone well into their hundreds. When I looked at my pictures on the wall, I felt the support I have had all my life from seniors, friends and family, and two countries, and to all, I am most grateful.
